Disclaimer
PlainBroadband is an independent reference site that makes the FCC's public Form 477 fixed broadband deployment data searchable and readable. It is provided for general informational purposes only.
Coverage is not a guarantee of service
The figures on this site are drawn from FCC Form 477 filings, in which providers report the census blocks where they offer service. A "deployment record" means a provider has told the FCC it is capable of serving at least one location in a census block with a given technology. It does not guarantee that service is available, or available at a particular speed or price, at any specific street address. Form 477 is self-reported and is known to overstate reach. Always confirm availability, plans, and pricing directly with the provider before making any decision.
This is historical data
The data reflects the FCC's June 2020 Form 477 status — the final public Form 477 fixed-deployment release. It is a historical snapshot, not a live feed, and the broadband market has changed since. For current, address-level availability, use the FCC's National Broadband Map.

Accuracy
While we take care to present the official data faithfully and fix errors at their source (see our Editorial & Corrections Policy), we cannot guarantee that every figure is complete or free of upstream reporting quirks. If you believe a number is wrong, email hello@plainbroadband.com and we will check it against the FCC source.
